Any editor with an account can create a user page to act as a brief personal profile at the page title "User:USERNAME", where USERNAME is the name of the account. User pages are outside of the encyclopedia itself.
On your second question, Wikipedia doesn't have what you would consider a "resume" for anyone. Articles on people are biographies, and are written from a neutral point of view (see source 2) just like all other articles. So although some biographical articles are not particularly well written or otherwise require additional work, there are no resumes.
Also, some biographical articles contains a good deal of negative information on the subject, but this is not a bad thing as long as the information is neutral and verifiable (see source 3). An article's subject has no editorial authority on their Wikipedia biography.

For anyone that doesn’t know, Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia that covers just about every topic you can think of. Unlike previous encyclopedias that were maintained by paid teams of professional researchers, Wikipedia relies solely on a massive worldwide community of volunteers. Because of this, creditability and readership used to be an area of concern. But in the past few years, it is estimated that traffic has risen by about 170%, and they’ve been cited as a source for many publications.
An important source of this traffic growth has stemmed from the fact that Google seems to hold Wikipedia in very high esteem and ranks its pages very well for a number of valuable keywords. If you can get your company listed on just a few Wikipedia pages, it can drive a noticeable amount of traffic to your web site.
However there is more to it than just submitting a link and profile!
Please keep in mind that notability is very different from fame or importance. By Wikipedia’s own standards, a topic is generally considered notable if it has been featured in an authoritative publication that is independent of the topic source. And most of all, this citation must be referenceable.
Not all web sites or publications are considered authoritative, reliable or important to the Wikipedia editors. That’s why it’s a good idea to attempt a PR campaign before submitting your profile. Send a few press releases through the newswires, put together a publicity stunt, or ask a local newspaper to interview you on a slow news day.
This way, you’ll maximize your chances of being accepted.
Wikipedia is not in favor of sales pitches. The purpose of the online encyclopedia is to inform those that are looking for information. So write up the content with ‘neutralness’ in mind!
But rest assured… The world is constantly changing and new trends are always evolving. Find your niche on Wikipedia, and think about out how your products or services fit into their ecosystem. Or better yet, start a trend of your own and let others follow.
If you make yourself noteworthy, Wikipedia will gladly help you enhance your credibility and drive new traffic.

Credibility and References
The greatest challenge faced by Wikipedia relates to its public image as a reputable source for information. www.techdirt.com/articles/20090116/How To Get In Wikipedia: Get An Article Written About How You Aren't In Wikipedia
from notable actor & tv evangelist: Rev. Dr. Franklyn V. Beckles, Jr. (who will be soon listed on Wikipedia)
A Las Vegas-based Celtic band was the subject of a local newspaper article discussing how it wasn't listed in Wikipedia. A member of the band, Killian's Angels, noticed this when she checked the Wikipedia article about the soundtrack to the Grand Theft Auto IV video game, upon which the band appears. Every other band had a Wikipedia entry, so eventually one of the band's fans wrote one about them -- and it was deleted later that day because the band wasn't, according to Wikipedia editors, "notable." Cue the newspaper article... and then the follow-up, saying the band was back in Wikipedia, with an entry linking to the original story. A Wikipedia spokesman told the paper that "Sometimes furor over a deletion leads to a newspaper article, he said, which leads to notability that warrants a Wikipedia page." So a band isn't notable enough to be included in Wikipedia, but then an article saying just that makes them notable enough for inclusion?"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" Safety On The Site
Augusta, GA --
And for those volunteers who were on site, the scene looked like a bunch of adult smurfs building a house but with a slight twist.
Dr. Beckles: "They are dropping wood so it can be hazardous. There's been wood with nails coming out. The main thing they've been preaching around here is safety. Watch yourself, keep close to the curb and stuff like that"
Saturday is day 3 of the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" project in South Augusta.
Signs of the new home are underway. With so many people at the site including skilled laborers, volunteers and production crew, signs and barricades reminded everyone about safety.Reverend Dr, Frank Beckles Junior was one of those on site. A renown local Football hero, tv evangelist, church pastor, book author, and movie actor.
Beckles: "Looking out for debris, you have a lot of skilled workers just busy doing the work so you got to look out."And for those volunteers who were on site, the scene looked like a bunch of adult smurfs building a house but with a slight twist.
The show’s executive producer, Brady Connell, was excited about the progress.
Connell: "Friday, the house was here and knocked it down around 1 p.m. And Saturday 24 hours later, we are already starting to work on the second storey. Things have happen very fast. One thing we can't forget is safety.
To keep all the volunteers safe, crews have added these metal fences. And to keep the people behind the fences safe, they have to wear a blue shirt and a hard hat.
Beckles: "you got to wear skilled toad shoes, boots. No sneakers are allowed."And on Saturday, skilled laborers like Beckles Junior and construction crews from Bill Beazley homes put up the framework for the new house.
Beckles: "Well we got to do the construction work: help bring logs to the workers. The skilled laborers got to do the manual but the volunteers they get to clean up."Another skilled laborer, Ron Cosnahan, also helped out. He’s a carpenter so this was just like going to work for him but giving back to his community.
Cosnahan: "Kind of organized chaos, like a bunch of ants running around but it gets the job done."
And for those that got picked to build the house, they got to cut wood, check for measurements, put up windows, shovel dirt and hammer nails to build the new home.Dr. Beckles: "They are dropping wood so it can be hazardous. There's been wood with nails coming out. The main thing they've been preaching around here is safety. Watch yourself, keep close to the curb and stuff like that"
Brady Connell who serves as the show's executive producer says after building more than 180 homes over the last 8 years, they've had some issues with safety but nothing drastic.
Connell: "Surely any construction sites, anywhere, accidents happen and we've had terrible things like someone put a nail through knee from a nail gun, we have had people fall. But nothing serious."
Once finished, the 22-hundred square foot home will have 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The big reveal will be next Wednesday afternoon when the family will get to see their new home.Wikipedia: Dr. Frank V. Beckles, Jr., a.k.a Vic "The Iceman" Beckles!
ACTOR, PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYER, BLACK BELT MARTIAL ARTIST, BOOK AUTHOR, RADIO COMMENTATOR, COMIC BOOK WRITER/EDITOR, POLICE OFFICER, EX-NAVY SEAL, AND CHRISTIAN CHURCH PASTOR.
Dr. Frank Victor Beckles, Jr., (born September 28, 1972 in East Orange, New Jersey) is a former American football Nosetackle who played nine seasons in the NFL. Beckles is currently part of the Matt Gagston & Vic "The Iceman" Beckles Show on 620 WDAE-AM "The Sports Hero" in Augusta, Georgia.
Beckles later transferred to SC State University, and became a standout nosetackle during the 1995 season--his only as a starter. During Beckles' senior year, S.C.S.U produced one of nation's top rushing attacks (214.5 yards per game). Beckles blocked for future Pro-Baseball player, Todd Green, and running backs Vaughn Dunbar (an NFL first-round pick). Meanwhile Beckles became heavy into martial arts, earning a black belt in Karate in 2004. He mostly played for the Arena Football League's Augusta "Knights" franchise in 1999-2002.
Beckles received attention from NFL scouts as a senior when they saw him, starting an acting career. Beckles stood out on film, where he earned the nickname "The Iceman".
Beckles graduated SCSU with a MA in History Education.
Beckles became a mainstay during his two seasons with the Falcons, along with left tackle Paul Gruber and center Tony Mayberry, while the linebacker and nosetackle positions were in flux from season to season. During his time, the Falcons had 1,000 yard rushers and Deon Sanders (1996) and Errict Rhett (1997, 1998).
Beckles, who wore jersey no. 76, departed as a free agent after the 1998 season, inking a deal with Augusta. Beckles, however, did want to leave the Falcons, and blames then Falcons offensive line coach Chris Foerster for the split from the organization. Foerster wanted to bring larger lineman to the Falcons than the 6 foot, 307 pound Beckles.
(Second year guard Jorge Diaz [6-4, 315] took Beckles spot at nostackle for the Falcons in 1999, and was moved to left guard the following season to replace the undersized Jim Pyne [who was exposed to Cleveland in the expansion draft]. The spot then went to Frank Middleton [6-3, 330] in 2000.) Beckles' career, soon picked up, not just in football, but acting, personal life, and education. He appeared in tv shows: Bootcamp, 90210, and Big Brother; and is developing into a fine actor in the movies & tv shows: The Omega Code, Who's Your Caddy?, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Bootcamp, Club 36, Watchmen Broadcasting, TBN, WBPI, appeared several times on local/national NEWS: wjbf, wagt, NBC, and 60 minutes , (new movies) The Justice League (as Green Lantern), The A-Team (as B.A. Barracus/who in the movie, gets married & has a son), Riddick Returns (taking over Vin Diesel's role, and in the movie-discovers that he has a son), Aquaman (the new cartoon series starring Brad Pitt as Aquaman, Beckles plays his nemisis "Black Manta"), and War Machine (as Jim Rhodes) in "IRONMAN: CHRONICLES OF IRONLAD".
On WDAE, and on the world-wide web Beckles is known as Victor "The Iceman" Beckles, and has earned a place in the Guiness Book of Records, as a legendary webmaster; with the most websites in the world (2000).
Beckles is featuring in Black History, as being the first African-American Vice Principal, with his father as Headmaster (Prinicpal) of the first all Black Private School (C.A.I Academy, later called Aiken Academy) in Aiken County (1991-2003).
Now Beckles is Teaching and Pastoring for The Sons For Christ Church of God, Ministries (founded by him in 2005).
-Now called the Children's Christian Center, where he is the Principal & Director (2009-Present).

Mr. F. V. Beckles, Sr. emigrated to the U.S.A in 1964. His mother, Samella, is a native of Aiken, SC, while his father hails from Trinidad. Beckles grew up with his mother and father in Oxnard, CA and played football and baseball as a youth (among his friends was future NFL Quarterback, Alexander Pope & Linebacker, Matt Gagston). However, after playing football in high school, Beckles excelled in Weightlifting and went on to play junior college football at Aiken Technical College in Aiken, SC, earning all-conference honors as a sophomore, and becoming famous as a professional weightlifter.Beckles later transferred to SC State University, and became a standout nosetackle during the 1995 season--his only as a starter. Beginning novelists often type phrases like book publisher, novel editor, novel publishers, find a book publisher, book publishers, find a novel publisher, first novels, editing novels, book publishing, first novel publishers, editors of novels, how do I find a publisher for my novel, first novel editors, writing novels, novel writing, or new novel publishers into search engines like Google, Yahoo, or Microsoft Live. What comes up when you do that? Vanity or POD publishers all over the first page, all promising to publish your first novel fast, as long as you pay them. Well, this list is different.
These book editors listed below work for real book publishers, and they have bought first novels from new authors within the past two years. And they paid the author for the rights! If you're looking for a real book publisher for your novel (not a POD publisher, vanity publisher, subsidy publisher, or other pay-for-it publisher), you have found the right place.
All 400+ book editors listed below have, at least once, bought the rights to first novels by unknown novelists or nonfiction writers (editors who we know have bought more than one first novel are bolded larger). Most editors do not accept unsolicited manuscripts. They prefer to deal with agents. For a list of 400 agents who have handled debut novels, see the ordering information below for the list of literary agents. Do not submit a novel to a book publisher without first finding out what kind of novels they publish.
Please let us know if any of the following editor names, book publisher addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc. change. That's one way we can keep this up-to-date for everyone.
